Fareportal India is located right in the heart of the city at 7, Jantar Mantar Road. We occupy the ground floor there. It’s quite an old, historic part of New Delhi, which makes the walk to work interesting every day. You see all sorts of people around Jantar Mantar. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have our computers and our headsets, and we stay busy with the work at hand. Being on the ground floor is convenient; we don’t have to wait for elevators that might be slow or broken. The address is 110001, so we are right in the middle of everything. It can get a bit loud outside sometimes with the traffic and the tourists, but inside we just focus on the screens. We aren't here to give sales pitches or anything. We just handle the data and the bookings that come through. The office isn't overly decorated, just what we need to stay productive. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out, without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it feels like home to the team. Just a bunch of people working in an old part of town, trying to do a good job every day without much noise or trouble.
