This branch is over in Pitam Pura, specifically in the Jiwan Jyoti Apartments at D-12. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big corporate tower you might expect. We like it that way because it feels a bit more relaxed than the busy city center. We spend our days dealing with travel details and customer stuff. It’s a lot of time on headsets and looking at computer screens. The apartment isn't huge, so we're all pretty close to one another while we work. You can usually hear three or four different conversations going on at once. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It isn't anything fancy, just a microwave and a small table. We don't have a big marketing team or a PR department working out of this location. It’s just the local crew putting in their hours every day. Pitam Pura is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know some of the other people who live in the building. Sometimes the elevator breaks down and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout after sitting all morning long. We don't use much jargon or try to sound like we're changing the world. We just help people get their travel sorted so they can go where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s straightforward work. We show up, do what needs doing, and head home to our families. It’s a decent place to work for us.
