We've been at the SFS flats in Hauz Khas for a while now. It's a busy spot in New Delhi but we like it here. Fareindia Bpo Pvt. Ltd. is just a small group of us working out of this flat. Most days it's just phones ringing and typing. Handling back-office stuff for different people is what keeps us going. It's not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular apartment setup where we get the work done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb but we're used to it. Starting out small was how it began, and we stayed that way mostly. People ask what we do exactly and it's mostly just data entry and keeping things organized for clients who don't have the time themselves. Hauz Khas is a nice neighborhood, with lots of parks nearby if we need a break. We don't have a big sign outside or a front desk person. If you come by SQ-102, you just knock on the door. It’s practical. We don't really do the whole corporate suit thing. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable since it's just us in here. Dealing with paperwork and digital files all day can be tiring but it keeps us busy. We just focus on finishing the tasks on our desks. There's usually a kettle going for tea. That’s pretty much the vibe here. We don’t have big speeches or anything. We just work and go home.
