Our office is located over in New Prem Nagar, at Block-Ii/46. This part of New Delhi is right near the Haryana border, so we get people from both sides coming in. We do travel work here, mostly just helping folks get their trips sorted out. It is a small room that is usually filled up with files and old registers. We spend a lot of our time checking train schedules and trying to find plane timings that make sense. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we usually get things done eventually. It is a pretty busy area around here with a lot of shops. People just walk in with questions about their next vacation or a trip back home. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks every day. We handle bookings for all sorts of places. We have seen this whole neighborhood change a lot over the years. We stay open until fairly late most nights because that is when people are free to talk. It is hard work sometimes, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it. We have a lot of regular customers from the local blocks who have been coming to us for years. They know exactly where to find us. Just look for our small sign near the corner of the street. It is a very practical place. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy front desk.
