Our office is located in Vpo Kandrour, which is in the Sadar Tehsil of the Bilaspur district. Being up here in Himachal Pradesh is a lot different than being in a big, crowded city like Delhi. Life moves at a much slower pace here in Kandrour, and we like it that way. We run Fantasy Holidays from this small, simple spot. Most of our work involves talking to people about where they want to travel and trying to figure out the best bus routes or train timings for them. It’s a lot of looking at old maps and checking schedules on a slow computer. The view outside our window is quite nice, which really helps when the paperwork gets a bit repetitive. We aren't a big, fancy agency with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s just a small local team here who knows these hills better than anyone. Sometimes the power goes out for a few hours, and we just have to sit and wait it out with the neighbors. It's a simple life. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just chatting with locals who drop by for a visit. The office isn't much to look at—just some wooden desks, a few plastic chairs, and some old posters of mountains on the walls. We’ve lived in this district all our lives, so we know every curve and pothole on the road. We just try to help folks plan their trips without any extra fuss.
