Our place is located at House Number 278 in Gharoli, over in Mayur Vihar Phase III. It’s basically a house that we converted into an office space because it’s easier that way. We do facility services, so mostly we are out at other people's buildings anyway. This is just our home base where we keep the supplies and do the scheduling. It’s a bit out of the way if you aren't from this part of Delhi, but we like it because it's a real neighborhood. You can hear the kids playing outside and the vegetable sellers going by. We aren't some big corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, one of us just opens the gate if someone knocks. We keep things very simple here. There’s a lot of equipment stacked in the back and a couple of desks where we handle the billing and calls. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep our heads down and work. We don't spend money on fancy ads or polished websites. Most people find out about us through word of mouth around the area. If you need something fixed or cleaned, we just send someone over. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been in Mayur Vihar for a good while now and we don't plan on moving. It's just us, doing what we do every day from this little corner of the city.
