We are located in Sector 7 of Dwarka, in New Delhi. Our office is actually inside Rashi Apartments, at B 70. It’s a bit unusual for a company like F Tv to be in a residential building, but it works fine for us. We don't need a massive studio or anything like that here. This is where we handle all the planning and the administrative side of things. The space is basically a converted apartment. We have desks in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It’s usually quite quiet, which is nice when we have a lot of emails to get through. Dwarka is a nice area to work in because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city. We spend most of our time on our laptops or on the phone. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. It’s a very low-key setup. We make a lot of tea and coffee to keep ourselves going. There isn't a reception area, so if someone comes by, we just talk in the main room. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get a lot done. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the security guards and the neighbors. It’s a practical way to run the office without all the extra costs of a big corporate building. We just focus on the work and keep things moving.
