We are set up at 770 in Sector-2, Sadiq Nagar. It’s a Type-2 area, so it’s pretty residential and quiet compared to the main roads. We focus on the fitness side of things over here. It’s not one of those massive gyms where nobody knows your name. We have a smaller space with the equipment we need. Most of the people who come here are from the neighborhood. We know everyone’s kids and what they do for a living. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the machines work fine. We don't have fancy juice bars or towel service. You just come in, do your workout, and head home. The floor gets a bit dusty because of the Delhi wind, but we sweep it out every morning. It’s a honest place to break a sweat. Sometimes we have to fix a treadmill or replace some weights. It’s just the two or three of us running the place. We aren't trying to be a big chain. We like being a local spot in New Delhi -49. The neighbors don't mind the music as long as we don't turn it up too high in the evenings. It’s a simple life. We help people stay a bit more active without all the drama of a big club. We don't push any weird supplements, we just make sure people move their bodies a bit.
