Express And Logistics

Our office is located at Wz-48A in Naraina Village, New Delhi. If you are looking for us, we are right near the post office. We handle packages and help people move things around the city. We call it Express And Logistics, but to most people around here, we are just the local delivery guys. The office is often full of boxes and packing tape. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes. We have a small fleet of vans that go all over Delhi. Navigating the narrow lanes of Naraina can be tricky, especially in the afternoons. We started this business because we saw how much stuff needed to be moved in this part of town. My cousin handles the route planning on a big map we have on the wall, and I talk to the customers who come in with their parcels. We use a lot of handwritten receipts and keep our logs in big notebooks. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything like that. When a customer calls to ask where their package is, we just call the driver directly to find out. Some days are very long, especially when there are a lot of deliveries to finish before dark. We just keep at it and try to stay organized. We also help local people who are moving houses and need a hand with the heavy lifting.
