You can find us over at A-113 on Road Number 2 in Mahipalpur Extension. This area is always packed with trucks and transport companies because it’s so close to the airport. We spend most of our time dealing with shipping containers, air cargo, and all the customs documents that go with them. It’s a noisy and fast-paced place to work. We have been in this spot in New Delhi-110037 for a long time. Our days start early, checking on where shipments are and if they have cleared the ports. There is always something that needs fixing, like a delayed truck or a missing form. We aren't a big fancy corporation; we are just a bunch of people who know how to move stuff from point A to point B. The office is full of maps and tracking charts. We talk to people all over the world, which can be a bit confusing with the different time zones. It's a lot of work to make sure things arrive in one piece. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some basic software and a lot of phone calls. The coffee machine gets a lot of use here. We just try to keep our clients happy by telling them the truth about their shipments, even when the news isn't great. It’s a tough business but we are used to the daily grind and the constant noise of the airplanes.
