Explore Culture & Tours (I) Pvt. Ltd. over in Shakarpur. D-73 is where you’ll find us, right near Aruna Park. It’s a busy area and our office is usually full of maps and old brochures. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens trying to figure out train timings and flight schedules for people. It gets a bit loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. Most of us who work here just enjoy talking about travel, so it doesn't feel like a heavy job most days. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. There are just a few chairs for people to sit while we look up prices. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. We try to be honest about what a trip will actually look like, rather than just showing the pretty pictures. People come in from all over the neighborhood, some wanting to go far away and some just looking for a quick bus ticket. We keep a teapot in the corner that’s almost always on. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us who know how to navigate the messy booking systems. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It is just how we do things every day.
