Expindia is mostly run through our email since that's how we keep track of everything these days. You can reach us at mamatachakma0@gmail.com if you have questions or need something looked at. We don't really have a big storefront where people walk in off the street, which helps us keep things quiet and focused. Most of our work involves responding to messages and sorting through requests that come into the inbox throughout the day. It might seem a bit unusual not to have a physical street address listed here, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time typing away and making sure we haven't missed any important details in the emails we receive. Sometimes the replies take a little longer if we have to look something up or wait for someone else to get back to us. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the inbox gets a bit cluttered when a lot of things happen at once. It’s just us behind the screens, doing the work as it comes in. We don’t use any fancy automated systems, so when you write to us, you’re actually talking to a real person who reads what you wrote. We’ve been doing this for a while now and it’s become a routine part of our daily lives. Just checking the mail, answering what we can, and keeping the records straight for everyone involved. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
