Experto Crade Machines Pvt Ltd is located in Rohini, Sector-13. Specifically, we are in Puru Apartment at B-121. It’s a bit different from your usual industrial setup because we are in a residential complex. Rohini is a huge area with a lot of families, so it’s actually quite a nice place to be. Being in an apartment means we don’t have a giant factory floor with heavy smoke and noise. It’s more of an office-based operation where we handle the planning and the business side of things. There are just a few of us here. We usually have the balcony doors open to let in some air, though the Delhi heat can be tough in the summer. It’s a quiet environment compared to a big industrial estate. Most of our neighbors are just regular families going about their day. We try to keep things professional but we aren't all suited up. It's a casual vibe. We spend a lot of time on our computers and on the phone, coordinating everything. Sometimes we meet clients here, but often we are out visiting sites. It’s a comfortable space that feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We like the balance of being in a neighborhood while still running a private limited company. It works for us and keeps the stress levels down compared to being in the middle of a loud market. There’s always something to do. We don't complain though, it's nice.
