Our place is over at House No. 548 in Sector 15, Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it doesn’t feel like those big cold glass buildings you see in the city. We’ve got desks set up where the dining table probably used to be. Working in Haryana means dealing with the heat and the power cuts sometimes, but we have a backup for that. The house is full of papers, shipping logs, and people talking about routes and delivery times. It gets busy around here, especially when trucks are moving or when there's a big shipment to track down. We aren't big on fancy meetings. Most of our coordination happens by just shouting across the room or gathering in the kitchen area. There's a lot of back and forth with the drivers and the ports. Sector 15 is a decent spot, quiet enough except for the usual street sounds. We spend the day looking at spreadsheets and making sure things aren't stuck at a border somewhere. It’s a lot of coordination and some days are more stressful than others. We have a small team here and everyone knows their role. The tea kettle is always on, and there’s usually a pile of mail by the door that needs sorting. It’s a practical environment. We just focus on the logistics of moving stuff from one place to another without all the corporate fluff you see on TV, just keeping the boxes moving.
