Exl Services

Our office is tucked away in Sector-12 of Vasundhara, right in a duplex called Syed Villa. It’s a bit different from working in a big commercial park because it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We’ve got the duplex set up so that the different teams for Exl Services are spread out across the rooms. Ghaziabad can be quite a busy place, especially with all the construction and the traffic on the main roads, but our little corner in Vasundhara is relatively okay once you get off the highway. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the local shops nearby where we grab snacks during the afternoon break. Inside the villa, it’s mostly just us at our computers, handling the service requests and data stuff we deal with every day. The walls are a plain white, and we’ve got a few plants that someone forgets to water half the time. It’s a practical setup for us. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything fancy like that, just a door and some stairs. Most days are pretty quiet, punctuated by the sound of phones ringing or someone heating up their lunch in the small kitchen area. It’s just a group of people working together in a house-turned-office, trying to keep up with the daily flow of work without making too much of a fuss about the corporate side of things.
