Our office is over at E-154 in Sector 15, Noida. This part of Noida is always full of people going to work. We are in a standard building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is just rows of desks and computers. We spend a lot of time on headsets or typing away at various tasks. It is the kind of place where you know your neighbor by their coffee mug. We do not have a big lounge or anything like that. There is a small pantry where we get water or heat up our lunch. The lift sometimes takes forever, so a lot of us just use the stairs. It is a lot of routine. We come in, check the files, and start working. Sector 15 has some good food stalls nearby, so that is where most of us head when the clock hits one. We do not really do big meetings unless we have to. Most of the communication happens over the desk or through quick messages. It is a busy environment. You can hear the hum of the air conditioning all day long. The windows look out onto the street, which is always packed with cars. We just focus on the screen and get through the pile of work. It is a steady place to be. No one is trying to be a hero, we just want to get the job done right.
