You can find Exl Services (Pvt) Ltd. at 2896, on the second floor. We are in Kucha Chelan, which is part of Daryagunj in New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Daryagunj, you know how narrow and busy the lanes are. There’s always someone shouting, or a scooter trying to squeeze past, and the smell of street food is everywhere. Our office is up a flight of stairs that are a bit steep and old. It’s an old building, like most things in this part of the city. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or modern decorations. It’s just a place to work. We spend our days handling different tasks and talking to people on the phone or over email. The noise from the street comes right through the windows, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a very honest kind of place to be. We don't put on any acts for anyone. Daryagunj is a historic area, and we feel like a small part of that history just by being in this building. The second floor gets a little hot in the summer, so we have the fans running all day long. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just stay here in Kucha Chelan and do the work that is assigned to us every day. It’s a simple life and we are okay with it.
