We are located over in Sector 64 of Noida, specifically at A 37. It’s a big gray building like a lot of others on this street. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people with headsets on talking to folks from all over. The morning shift starts early, so there’s always a line at the tea stall just outside the gate before the sun is even fully up. We spend our hours looking at screens and typing away. The air conditioning is usually a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even in the middle of summer. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of decorations. There are some whiteboards with numbers scribbled on them and maybe a few dying plants on the windowsills. We deal with a lot of data and customer questions all day long. The cafeteria is where we all end up venting about the commute or the latest software update that slowed everything down. It’s a busy environment. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we just take the stairs to get to our floor faster. We don’t really have a lot of fancy slogans hanging on the walls. It’s just a workplace where we get our tasks done and try to head home before the Noida traffic gets truly unbearable in the evening. That’s pretty much the daily routine here at Sector 64, focusing on the tasks assigned to us.
