We are over at 30/3 Daksh Road. It’s in Vishwas Nagar, which is part of Shahdara in Delhi. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we get everything done for Exl Service.Com. The neighborhood is pretty lively, especially during the day when everyone is out on the road. We’ve been here at 110032 for some time now. It’s a lot of data work and helping people out with their service needs. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that’s usually the biggest drama we have in the morning. We just sit at our desks and handle the tasks that come our way. It’s steady work. The building itself is okay, just your standard Delhi office setup. We’ve got computers and chairs and not much else in the way of decoration. We like it that way because it’s easy to clean. Shahdara can be a bit crowded, but we’re used to the noise by now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad on most days. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the day’s work finished before it gets too late. It’s a regular place with regular people doing their jobs. We like the local food stalls around here, they keep us going during long shifts.
