Exl Service

We are over at 11-D in the DDA Flats in New Friends Colony. This is where Exl Service has this particular office set up. It is near Taimoor Enclave and Taimoor Nagar, which are pretty well-known spots in New Delhi. Being in a DDA flat makes it feel a lot less like a corporate skyscraper and more like a neighborhood workplace. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the local market every day. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you are not from around here, but once you know the turns it is easy enough. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our computers and some old filing cabinets and a small kitchen area where we make tea. It gets a bit noisy during the day when the neighborhood is active, but we are used to it. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just work on the tasks we are given and try to get home on time. Some days the stairs feel a bit long if the lift is acting up, but that is just how these older buildings are. We like being in New Friends Colony because there are good places to grab a bite nearby. It is just a regular group of us working in a regular flat. We try to keep the desks clean but there is always a bit of clutter from the day’s work.
