We operate out of Rohini in New Delhi, specifically the 110089 area. Our office isn’t in a big commercial park. It’s tucked away in a spot that feels more like a regular neighborhood. We deal with HR stuff, which mostly means we spend our time reading through stacks of resumes and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. The office is fairly quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional ring of a mobile. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big posters on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work and get things sorted. New Delhi life is fast, but we try to keep our pace steady here in Rohini. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through all the emails. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We are just a small group of people who know how to find the right person for a job. It’s practical work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We appreciate the people who stop by and we just try to be helpful without any extra fluff. It's a normal job and we like the people we work with.
