Exe Chef Grande Residencia Abad Group Of Hotels

I’m Manoj, and you can find me over at Ravipuram in Ernakulam. The address is C/O Herbert Marshall, right by St. Paul Lutheran Church. It’s a well-known landmark in Kochi 16. I work with the Abad Group of Hotels, mostly handling things from this side. It’s a busy area here in Ravipuram, with the church nearby and all the people coming and going. My office isn't inside a hotel building itself; it’s more of a personal setup where I manage my chef duties and coordination for the group. The street can get a bit loud during the Sunday services, but I’ve grown used to it over the years. I spend a lot of my time thinking about menus and supplies. It’s a lot of coordination with the different hotel properties. Kochin is a beautiful place to work, especially around here where everything feels a bit more traditional. My workspace is filled with books and old notes from my time in different kitchens. It’s not a polished corporate office. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a lot of scribbled papers on the desk. I like being near the church; it gives the place a calm feeling even when the work gets stressful. It’s just a quiet spot for me to get the job done without too many interruptions. I have been in this area for a long time now.
