We operate Excellence Hotels The Beaufort Inn & The Sagar Residency. You can find us at 8210, Street No 6 in Multani Dhanda. This is right in the heart of Pahar Ganj, New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Pahar Ganj is a very busy place. There is always noise and people moving around outside. Our building is tucked into one of the streets there. It is a very lived-in area. We’ve been here for years. The place has its quirks, like any old building in this part of town. We don't try to hide that. It’s part of the character. We manage the rooms and make sure things are kept clean. It’s a lot of work because people are always coming and going. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors or anything. It's more down-to-earth. We talk to the guests like regular people. Some of them have been coming here for a long time. They know what to expect. We have our staff who have been with us for ages. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide a place to stay in a busy part of the city. Multani Dhanda can be a maze if you're not used to it. But we like it here. It feels real. We do our best to keep things running smoothly despite the chaos of the city outside. It’s just life in Delhi. We handle the laundry and the keys and the rest of it.
