Eventours

Down in Than Singh Nagar, specifically at 17/66 in Anand Parbat, is where we run Eventours. This part of New Delhi stays crowded and noisy, but that is part of the charm I guess. We spend our mornings sorting out travel plans and looking at maps. It's a small place, not some big glassy building you see in the movies. We have a couple of old desks and a lot of notebooks filled with dates and names. Organizing trips is a lot of work, and things often go wrong at the last minute. We just deal with it. People come to us when they want to go somewhere and don't want to handle the headache themselves. We know the roads and the hotels around here pretty well. We aren't fancy. Most of the time, you will find us on the phone trying to confirm a booking or arguing with a driver. It gets dusty in this part of town, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows. We've been in Anand Parbat for a while now. Neighbors know us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the daily grind. We try to be honest about what a trip will actually be like. No point in lying. If a hotel is bad, we say it. That’s how we keep things going. It’s a decent living and we like the people we meet.
