Event Mnagement

We are based at T-323/3 Baljeet Nagar, right in the West Patel Nagar area of New Delhi. Doing event management from here means there is always a lot of stuff piled up in the corners. We have crates of decorations, some old lights, and stacks of papers everywhere on the desks. It’s a bit chaotic but that’s just how events go when you are busy. We spend our time trying to organize things for people who want to have a party or a small function. The office in Baljeet Nagar is where we do all the planning and calling on the mobile phones. It’s not a big corporate space, just a room where we can sit and work together. Sometimes we are out all night at a venue and then back here early in the morning to check what equipment we have left. People in West Patel Nagar know us because we’re always moving stuff in and out of the building. The traffic around here makes it hard to move the equipment sometimes, but we manage. We don't really do the whole fancy presentation thing with slides. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to make it happen for them. It’s a lot of physical work and endless phone calls. Usually, we are just trying to make sure the flowers show up on time and the sound system works properly. It’s a messy business but it keeps us busy.
