Eva Air

Our office for Eva Air is tucked away in Ashok Vihar at A120 A, Pocket A, Phase II. It’s in the DDA Flats, which is a pretty quiet residential area compared to the main roads of Delhi. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for the airline from this location. It’s not a big airport terminal; it’s just a regular office where we deal with bookings, tickets, and customer inquiries. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at flight schedules on the screen. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work. We have a small team here and we’ve gotten to know the area well over the years. People sometimes get confused finding us because we are in the DDA Flats, but once they find the right pocket, it’s easy. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or big signs. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which can be frustrating when you have a lot of passengers to help. We just try to get through the list of tasks every day. It’s a bit of a climb if you’re coming to see us, but we’re usually here from morning until evening. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making sure people get their tickets sorted and their questions answered so they can go where they need to go.
