Europcar, which is run by Jet Fleet Pvt. Ltd. here, is based at 1/35, Jungpura in New Delhi. Jungpura is one of those old-school Delhi neighborhoods with narrow lanes and a lot of character. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s where we manage the fleet and keep track of all the car rentals. It’s not a giant parking lot; it’s more of an administrative office where we handle the logistics. Dealing with cars in a city like Delhi is a challenge every single day. The traffic is wild and things are always changing. But we stay here at 1/35 and do our best to keep everything organized. The office is simple. We have our maps, our schedules, and our keys. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we get the job done. We don't have any polished marketing speak to give you. We are just the people who make sure the cars are where they need to be. The neighborhood is friendly, and there’s always a tea stall nearby when we need a break. It’s an honest living. We work hard, deal with the city’s chaos, and stay focused on the fleet from our little corner of Jungpura. It can be stressful when drivers are late or traffic is stuck, but we just manage it as it comes.
