Etihad Airlines Cargo

We are located at House No 4146 on Street No 66 in Rehgar Pura, which is part of the Karol Bagh area. It is a very busy part of New Delhi with lots of narrow streets and constant movement. Etihad Airlines Cargo is what we do here, but our office is just a simple space in a regular house. We don't have a giant warehouse on site; we mostly handle the paperwork and the logistics from our desks. There is always a lot of noise coming from the street, like scooters and people shouting. Inside, we have stacks of shipping forms and labels piled up. My days are mostly spent on the phone talking to people at the airport or coordinating with the transport trucks. It can be quite stressful when a shipment is delayed and we have to figure out why. Our office is a bit small and we have to move boxes out of the way just to walk around. We don't wear any special uniforms, just our everyday clothes. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask questions about sending things abroad. We just try to keep everything organized and moving through the system as fast as we can. It is a very practical, hands-on kind of job. We usually stay until the very last task is finished for the evening. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace of Karol Bagh.
