Ethiopian Airlines

We are the Ethiopian Airlines office here in New Delhi. We aren't at the airport; we are actually located at C3/308 in Janakpuri. The zip code is 110058. Janakpuri is a big area with lots of blocks and markets. Our office at C3/308 is where we do all the ticket stuff and talk to people who want to fly. It’s a small office, nothing too flashy. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic in Delhi. We have been in this Janakpuri spot for a long time. The staff here is just a few people who know the airline business well. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the bookings right. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the power goes out, but we manage. We aren't corporate types in fancy suits. We just dress for the Delhi heat. It’s a practical office for Ethiopian Airlines. People from all over the neighborhood come by to ask questions. We like being in Janakpuri rather than some big office tower. It feels more real. We just work our shifts and go home. That’s how it is here at C3/308. We’ve been using this same space for quite a while now and everyone knows where to find us. It’s just us here, working hard and drinking tea while we handle the flight papers.
