E.T.A

Our office is over at John’s House in Mahipalpur Extension, Street Number 7. It’s a bit of a maze back here in this part of New Delhi, but we’ve made a home for E.T.A in Plot 210. We deal with a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't really see. It’s mostly about timing and making sure things get where they need to be. Mahipalpur is always crowded because of the airport nearby, so there is constant noise and movement. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a plain office, nothing too special to look at, just desks and computers and a lot of coffee. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or tracking shipments and arrivals. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we do what we can to fix it. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just talk to people and try to solve problems as they come up. Some days are longer than others, especially when the traffic in Delhi gets really bad and messes up all our schedules. We’re just a local crew trying to keep things moving. We aren't a big multi-national, just a small team in a busy neighborhood doing the work that needs doing every day. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done and keeps us coming back.
