Eta Travel Agency-Gsa Of Malaysia Airlines

Our office for Eta Travel Agency is located at B-75 in Swasthya Vihar. That is over in the Trans Yamuna area of Delhi. We act as a GSA for Malaysia Airlines, which basically means we help handle their business in this part of town. It is a straightforward setup in a residential-style building. We don't have a huge staff. It’s just a handful of us working at our desks. People come in when they need to sort out their travel plans or have questions about flights. The area around Swasthya Vihar is mostly houses and some local shops, so it’s not as crazy as the center of the city. We have been here for a good amount of time now. We spend most of our day checking flight schedules and printing out tickets. It’s a lot of routine work, but we stay busy. The office is simple, with just the things we need to get the job done. Sometimes people call us with complicated problems, and we do our best to find a solution on the screen. We aren't trying to sell anyone something they don't need. We just provide the service people come looking for. It is a local office where you can talk to a real person. We like the quiet of this neighborhood compared to the rest of Delhi. It feels like a good place to be based. We just take each booking as it comes and try to be helpful.
