Eta Travel Agency Pvt Ltd is located over in Vikas Puri, specifically at 69-A in the Navyug Adarsh Apartments. Being in F-Block means we are right in the middle of a residential area, so it doesn’t feel like a cold, glass office building at all. It’s more like being part of the neighborhood. We handle a lot of travel arrangements here, mostly sitting at our desks and making calls. The office is a bit compact, but we have everything we need to get through the day. You can usually hear the sounds of the apartment complex around us—kids playing or neighbors talking—which is actually kind of nice while we are working on flight bookings or hotel stays. It’s a practical setup for us. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our work is done through the computer anyway. We’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a while, so we are used to the pace of the city. Some days are really quiet and we just catch up on paperwork, and other days the phone won't stop ringing because everyone wants to go on vacation at the same time. We just take it as it comes. It is a simple operation where we just focus on the task at hand without any extra fuss or corporate jargon getting in the way. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of phone calls.
