Eta Travel Agency Pvt Ltd is our small business located at Jg-Iii/224A in Vikas Puri. We’ve been here in this part of Delhi for quite some time now. A lot of our work involves helping people get tickets for Malaysia Airlines, though we handle other travel bits too. Vikas Puri is a busy residential area, so we get a lot of families coming in to plan their trips abroad. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lot of layers. Usually, you just walk in and talk to one of us directly. We spend a lot of our day on the computer, checking flight schedules and trying to find seats that aren't overpriced. It can be a bit stressful when flights get cancelled or schedules change last minute, but we just do our best to fix it. We aren't a massive call center; we are just a few people sitting in an office making sure your passport details and ticket dates match up. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, but the work gets done eventually. We like the local feel of the JG block here. People stop by just to ask a quick question about visas or to pick up their printed tickets. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, helping people get from Delhi to wherever they need to be. We keep it honest and just tell folks what the actual prices and routes are.
