We've been at 34-B, Pocket-D in the Sfs Flats at Mayur Vihar Phase-3 for a while now. It's just a regular office setup where we handle stuff for Malaysia Airlines as their GSA. Most people around New Delhi 110096 probably know the spot near the flats. We aren't a big flashy agency with neon signs. It's mostly just us sitting at the desks, dealing with tickets and travel papers all day. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We've got the usual computers and stacks of folders you'd expect. People come in from the neighborhood to ask about flights or get their bookings sorted out. It gets a bit crowded in here when a few families show up at once. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. Being in Mayur Vihar is convenient for a lot of folks living in the residential pockets nearby. We've seen the area change over the years while we stayed in this same pocket. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve got some old posters of planes on the walls that have been there forever. It’s a bit dusty in the corners, but that’s just how it goes when you’ve been in one spot for a long time. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the bookings. It's a job like any other, keeping us busy from morning till we close up.
