We are located at 11/78 in Moti Bagh Nanakpura, sharing the spot with Ved Pal Sharma’s place. It is a fairly quiet area for New Delhi, which makes it a nice place to work. Our travel aid work involves helping people with the boring parts of traveling like paperwork and logistics. We have been at this specific address for quite some time now. The office is quite small and often feels a bit cramped with all the files and folders we have to store. Only a few of us work here, so it never gets too crowded. You won't find a big reception area or anything like that when you visit. Usually, we are just sitting at our desks with the radio playing quietly in the background. It is a very basic and functional setup. We know the local postman and the tea seller down the street by their first names. Instead of trying to be a massive travel agency with branches everywhere, we just focus on the people who come to see us here in Nanakpura. Our days are mostly filled with phone calls and filling out various forms. It’s steady work and we have grown to like the daily routine. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a deadline is close, but we always manage to get things sorted out in the end. We just stay focused on the task and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
