Our office is on the second floor of the Parsvnath Paradise building in Mohan Nagar. It’s right there in C-9/A, part of the J.P. Garden Estate. Ghaziabad can be pretty hectic, especially during the morning rush, so getting here can take some time if you're coming from across the border. Once you get up the stairs, it’s a bit calmer. The office has big windows that look out over the estate, though mostly you just see other buildings and the tops of trees. The kitchen area is small, just a kettle and some biscuits, but it’s where we all end up talking at midday. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up getting a bit of exercise on the stairs. It’s a busy environment but not a stressful one. We just take things one step at a time and try to keep the files from getting mixed up. Mohan Nagar is a busy junction, so there’s always noise from the traffic, but we’ve learned to tune it out while we work.
