Our office is located at A-1 S in the Delhi Police Apartments area of Mayur Vihar Phase I. It is a quiet enough spot, though the traffic outside can get loud during the morning rush. We spend most of our hours here sorting out travel itineraries and looking for train or flight connections. It’s a small operation, nothing too big or complicated. We have been in Delhi for a while and know our way around the various requirements for traveling. People from the apartments often stop by to ask questions about prices or how to get to a certain city. We keep a lot of files and ledgers to stay organized, though sometimes the desk looks a bit cluttered with notes. It is mostly about getting the details right for whoever walks through the door. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we stay late when someone has an emergency with their booking. Working in Mayur Vihar has been good for us because it’s a friendly neighborhood. We take care of the basic stuff like car rentals or booking hotels when people are heading out on vacation. It is straightforward work, really. We just sit here, take the calls, and try to find the best way to get from one place to another without too much hassle. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
