Epic Holidays

We operate out of Flat No 125 in Pocket A, which is a residential area in the 110075 zip code of New Delhi. Epic Holidays isn't a big store on a main road, it is more of a personal setup we have here. Working from a flat means things are a bit more relaxed, but we still keep busy all day. Most of our work happens over the phone or through messages. We spend a lot of time looking for holiday deals and trying to find flights that aren't too expensive. It is a lot of searching and comparing different websites. The living room is basically our main workspace now. There are papers and brochures scattered around the coffee table. We help people plan their breaks, whether it’s a quick weekend away or something longer. Since we are in a residential block, it is quiet most of the time, which helps us focus on the details. We don't have any employees in uniforms or anything like that. It’s just us. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask about a trip they want to take. We try to be honest about what we find. If a hotel looks bad in the photos, we tell people. We aren't trying to sell the most expensive thing, just something that works. It is a small operation and we like it that way. We just keep doing our thing from the flat and helping people out.
