Entry Level

Our place is at D22/13 Madhuban Mohalla, right in North Ghonda. If you’re looking for Lane No. 2, it’s easy to miss if you aren’t paying attention. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, very close-knit and a bit loud. I started this in the mohalla because I wanted to be near my family. The office is small and it's basically a part of the house that we converted. We do basic entry-level work here, mostly stuff that people need help with on the computer or filling out forms. It’s not a big corporate setup with fancy chairs. We use what we have. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we have to wait for it to come back on before we can finish anything. The kids in the lane are always playing cricket, and occasionally a ball hits the door. It’s just part of being here. I handle most of the things myself, but I have a cousin who helps out when it gets too busy. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, I just get up and open the door. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We know most of the people who live around here. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s a simple life, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We keep things moving.
