You can find us over in Vikas Puri at Site-Iii/40, which is directly opposite the Holy Innocent Public School. Our office at Encompass Events Pvt. Ltd. is usually a bit of a mess, but we like it that way. There are always boxes of equipment, rolls of tape, and old event banners leaning against the walls. It’s the kind of place where things are always moving and nothing stays in the same spot for long. We aren't the type of people to sit behind desks in suits all day. We are usually in jeans and t-shirts, either on the phone or trying to figure out how to fit a large piece of equipment through the door. Vikas Puri is a nice, local neighborhood, and we’ve become a regular part of the scene here. We know the people at the nearby tea stall and the shop where we buy our stationery. The office is often loud with everyone talking at once, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. We don’t have any fancy corporate manuals telling us how to be; we just work hard and try to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes things get a bit stressful, but we usually just laugh it off and keep going. It’s an honest, busy environment where a small group of people tries to make things happen. We just do our work, deal with the clutter, and try to stay on top of everything.
