Enchanting India Travels

We spend most of our days here at E-57 in the MCD Officers Complex on Minto Road. It is a busy part of Delhi, and you can always hear the traffic outside our windows. We started Enchanting India Travels because we know the roads and the places around here pretty well. It is not a huge office, just a few of us sitting at desks with phones and a lot of papers. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the best way to get them there without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just keep at it. Most of the people who work here have lived in Delhi for a long time, so we know how things work. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the work done. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a look at the schedule for the week. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets a bit chaotic with all the travel bookings. Minto Road is a good spot for us because it is central, though finding parking can be a real headache some days. We just focus on getting the details right for anyone who walks through the door or calls us up.
