Our office for Emploed is located at Y-73, in Sector-12 of Noida, which is in Uttar Pradesh. We’ve been based in this particular sector for a while now. Noida is a big, sprawling place, but Sector-12 has its own specific feel. It’s a mix of houses and small businesses like ours. We work out of the building at Y-73, and it’s where we spend the majority of our week. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just a group of us working on employment-related things. The street outside can get a little congested during the morning rush, but that’s just part of being in this part of the city. We have a couple of rooms where we do our interviews and handle all the paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just stuff we’ve picked up over time. We focus more on the people who come through our doors looking for help with work. Being in UP, we see a lot of people from all over the state coming into Noida for opportunities. We try to keep things as helpful as possible without making it too complicated. It’s a basic office where we do basic work every day. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they get the hang of the sector layout.
