Our division is located at the Moolchand Store, Wz-90, in the Jwalahedi Market of New Delhi. It’s a very busy marketplace, so there is always something going on outside our doors. You can hear the sounds of shoppers and vendors all day long. We are tucked into the back of the store area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the instrumentation equipment we have to keep around. We don't have a big fancy showroom. Most of our work is technical, so the space is filled with tools, parts, and various gadgets. We aren't really the type to use big words or fancy talk about our services. We just fix what's broken and test what needs testing. The market environment is great because you can get anything you need just by walking a few steps. We know most of the other shop owners around here. Sometimes we help them out with their electronics, and they give us a deal on lunch. It’s a very local way of doing things. Our office is a bit messy, to be honest. There are wires and manuals everywhere, but we know exactly where everything is. We’ve been part of Empire Industries for a long time, but this little spot in Jwalahedi feels like its own world. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way of the main market crowd. It’s just how we get through the week.
