If you go to Keshav Puram in Delhi, specifically A-1/70B, you’ll find where we operate. Amit Nagrath is the one usually handling things at this spot. It’s an Emirates setup, but it’s not like the big offices you see at the airport. It’s more of a local place where we look at screens and talk to people about where they want to go. Delhi is always dusty and loud, and our street is no different. We have computers that stay on all day and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. Most of the time, we are just helping people figure out their travel dates or fixing mistakes in their flight bookings. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it gets crowded if more than two people show up at once. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big lobby with gold trim. It’s just a workspace with some desks and a lot of cables running along the floor. We try to keep things simple and get the answers people need. When it’s lunch time, we usually send someone out to get food from the local stalls nearby. It’s a busy life, and we are just trying to keep up with all the changes in the flights and the travel rules. It’s basic, everyday work for us here in the city, making sure the tickets get booked right and the names are spelled correctly on the forms.
