Emirates Airlines

This isn't the big airport counter or a fancy ticket office in a mall. This is our spot at Rz/E-14 in Dabri Extention East, New Delhi. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, located in a more residential-looking block. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things here. There are several of us working in this office, and it stays pretty busy with phone calls and coordination. The office is a bit crowded with desks and files. We don’t really have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the building number. It’s a practical place to work from. The neighborhood is full of small shops and houses, so it feels very grounded. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the flight schedules and staff rotas. It’s not glamorous like flying on a plane is, it’s just the hard work that happens on the ground. Sometimes the street gets blocked by trucks or local construction, but we just deal with it. We aren't here to sell you anything directly, just to make sure things are organized. It’s a small part of a very large company, but for us, it’s just our daily office in Dabri. We like the local vibe of the area. It keeps us connected to the real world while we deal with international schedules all day long.
