Emirates Airline

Our office is over at B 315 in Hari Nagar, New Delhi. This is where we handle things for Emirates Airline. It’s not the airport, just a local spot in the 110064 zip code area. We deal with a lot of questions about bookings and changes. It’s a small space, nothing like the big planes people fly on. We spend most of our time on computers or talking to people who drop in. Hari Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always noise from the street outside. We don't have a fancy reception area. It’s just desks and chairs and us trying to sort out travel details. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones don't stop, but we just keep at it. People come to us when they don't want to deal with a website. We aren't here to give a sales pitch. We just look up what’s available and tell people the facts. It’s regular, everyday work. We know the regulars who live around here and travel for work or family. We aren't corporate executives; we’re just the staff working the local branch. It’s about getting people where they need to go without making it too complicated. We show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start through the list. It’s as simple as that, no extra polish needed for what we do here in Delhi.
