We are up on the second floor at K-95 on Bal Udhyan Road here in New Delhi. It's not a huge place, just a regular office where we handle travel bookings and tickets. Some days it gets pretty busy with people coming in to ask about train schedules or flights, and other days it’s just us answering the phones. We started this because we know the city well and figured we could help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s been a few years now since we set up shop in this part of Delhi. Most of the folks who come to us are locals from around the neighborhood or people who heard about us from a friend. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything like that. Usually, we just sit down with a notebook and figure out the best route for someone's trip. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but once you’re here, it’s quiet enough to talk. We try to keep things simple and just get the paperwork done right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, but we always manage to get the tickets printed out eventually. It is just a small team of us working here every day. We know the area 110059 quite well and usually stick to what we know. If you are walking down Bal Udhyan Road, you will see our sign.
