Embassy Of Uruguay

The Embassy of Uruguay is located at B-84 in Chattarpur Extn, New Delhi. It is tucked away in a part of the city that has seen a lot of growth lately. The building is a bit removed from the main road, which makes it a little quieter than other parts of town. We have a small team here that deals with all the documents and visas that people need. There is always a stack of passports or forms on someone's desk. We have the flag out front, and that is about the only fancy thing about the place. Inside, it looks like a regular office with filing cabinets and sturdy tables. The staff spends a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who come in with questions. We drink a lot of water and tea during the day because it gets quite hot in Chattarpur. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind blows, but the office stays relatively cool. We have been in this location for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing us. It is not a massive building like the ones in the main diplomatic area, but it works for what we need to do. We just keep the records straight and make sure the paperwork is in order. It is a lot of routine work, but it is what keeps the place running. We do not have anything special to show off, just the day-to-day operations.
