We are located over at Wz-441, Raj Nagar-1, right on the main road. It’s easy to spot us because we’re opposite the Dwarka Flyover Pillar 63 in the Palam Colony area. People often get confused by the address, but this is where we are. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic coming off the flyover every minute. We’ve been working out of this New Delhi-110045 location for a while now. Dealing with documents and helping people is what fills our hours every day. It isn't a massive glass building like you might see in movies or on the news. It’s just a functional place with desks and filing cabinets. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it by now. We take our lunch breaks when we can, often just grabbing something quick from the shops nearby. The stairs are a little narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. It’s just us staff members keeping the files in order. Every day there's a different person at the door with a different question or a problem. We try to answer them as best we can without making things too complicated for anyone. The fans hum in the background while we type. It's a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important to the folks who come in. We just stay focused on the tasks.
