We are based at 27C in the Supriya Apartments here in New Delhi. It is a busy location and we have been operating out of this spot for quite a while. Most of the work we do involves a lot of paperwork and meetings about land plots and various property matters. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or spread out across the desks looking at site plans. The office isn’t huge, just enough space for the staff to sit and get the daily tasks done without bumping into each other too much. Since we are inside an apartment complex, we see the same neighbors every morning. It is a very practical setup for us. We handle a lot of inquiries from people asking about different developments. People are coming in and out of the office all through the day. Sometimes the tea runs out and one of us has to run down to the local market to grab more supplies. It’s mostly just us keeping track of records and making sure all the filings are done right. We know this part of New Delhi 110063 very well because we are right in the middle of it. The city is always changing and growing, and we see it from our desks. It’s not a fancy glass corporate tower, just a working office where the real day-to-day business happens. We deal with the usual city noise and the odd power cut every now and then.
